Romantics Anonymous...

Last night, I was fortunate to catch a screening of
Romantics Anonymous
at the Tribeca Film Festival.
This sweet little french film will warm your hearts and give you the biggest craving for chocolate. There's just something about those French and their sweets. But no complaints here!
Really though- it is a fun romantic comedy that captures the awkward quirkiness of life. The joyful director, Jean-Pierre Améris, who was at the screening answering questions, did an amazing job with this film. The casting was superb, specifically a  memorable performance by Isabelle Carre. And the script was funny with just enough gags thrown in to make the film cute but not cheesy like many american chick flicks. Do support this film but bring some chocolate when you go!
